Tender Is the Night

Category : Fiction

A sample from the classic novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald. The story shows both the disintegration of a marriage and the failure of idealism.

After years of stage and indie film acting, I have decided to test my speaking talents in the wide open genre of audiobook narration. I have a rich, non-regional baritone voice and I've always been gifted at reading stories. I do not have my own recording equipment so I do my recordings at a small, professional studio nearby.
I have a long credit list of theater and infomercials (many as spokesman), along with some video game voiceover and commercial narration gigs. My experience in audiobook narration is restricted to one workshop course with Marc Cashman and Random House's Dan Musselman, as well as a course with Laurel van der Linde at The Famous Radio Ranch.
I received The Children's Theater Award at California Lutheran University in 1984. I produced/acted in the popular play, Dinner With Friends, which was nominated for Best Small Theater Drama by The Valley Theater League in 2004.
