Performance Notes
This is the first few paragraph's of Herman Melville's classic Moby Dick. Recorded through an EV RE-20 into a UA Apollo Twin and mixed in Logic Pro X. Along with the Apollo setup I have Manley Core and UA 610 preamps as well as a Neumann U87 and Shure KSM44 for vocal options.

I have a deep appreciation of audiobooks and the experience that a great narrator can add to the text. A good narration can bring the words to life and add dimension to a story, or help the listener focus in a way that a traditional reading experience can't provide. I believe this applies to all genres, and can even bring literature to people who would otherwise not pick up a book.
