Hello! My name is Danielle Spence and I am so excited at the opportunity to bring the pages of your book to life. I love to read and voice acting is my passion, which is why narrating books comes naturally to me. My background in theatre/acting has taught me how to dissect and analyze text and delve into a character's story. I can speak in many different accents including Midwestern, Southern, Eastern (New York and Boston), and British. I had a very hard time with reading comprehension in elementary school, but it was the actor's narration that helped me to digest and understand what I was reading and solidified my love of reading. I was in awe of the actor's ability to bring the story to life and give each character a different voice. It inspired me to pursue theatre and voice acting. Narrating audiobooks is a lifelong dream of mine that I'm finally pursuing - we can definitely call this my quarantine project. Please take a listen to my samples and let me know if there's anything else you'd like to know - I'm an open book (pun, very much, intended).
