Would you like to know how you can change your brain to increase your level of confidence?

“You say ‘drama queen' like it's a bad thing.” This is something I've said to my mother on a daily basis for years now. From plays in our backyard, Humorous Interpretation competitions in high school, a Theater degree in college, voice over acting, radio disc jockeying, and public speaking--I guess my mother was right. I am a drama queen. That's not necessarily a bad thing; especially for an audiobook narrator. When not “drama queen-ing” I'm reading, hiking, walking my dog Harley, laughing with friends or indulging in a glass of wine.
