Hello! My name is Ricky Ryba (pronounced Ree-ba) I am a SAG-AFTRA Actor, Producer and former US Naval Officer. Because of my military experience, I understand what it takes to succeed in Hollywood: consistent hard work and training, a belief in oneself and always staying focused on the mission. I honorably completed my military service in 2019 and later received a Masters in Producing (with honors) from the New York Film Academy in 2020. I have always had a curiosity and passion for life and all of the interesting people in this world. When I was young, my teachers gave me the nickname Bob Hope because I was always busy entertaining the troops. I loved entertaining my friends and making them feel happy emotions. That same energy and desire comes through in my voice when I'm acting and bringing characters and worlds to life. I have a mid-range voice that is adventurous, humorous and layered. I am capable of wide range of characters and accents. I greatly respect the creative world and will promise to give your characters and story the passion and energy they deserve.
A few entertainment accomplishments that I am proud of are my supporting role in the highly successful Clint Eastwood film American Sniper, my voiceover role on Pokemon, my talent performance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and my lead role in the Los Angeles play The Ghosts of Ma Barker.
