Performance Notes
Series of commercial samples featuring several of my acting voices.

For the past two and a half years, I have listened to 100's of audiobooks and in the process, realized that with my many voices and characters, I could be an effectve and entertaining audiobook narrator. With over 30 years of theater experience, I have played numerous diverse characters. About 20 years ago, I had a fairly active voice-over business for narration and commercials. I have two boxes filled with audio tapes of the many commercials and video narrations that I did back then. However, financial circumstances forced me to get a full-time job with benefits so I gave up my freelance work - only dabbling in it now and then. However, now that I'm retired from my full-time job and have more time, I am resurrecting my voice-over business and branching into audiobooks.
I recently narrated Bitterness is Not an Option, Published by Wind Whispers Press, for the Mariah Fenton Gladis Foundation. The content is based on the writings of Mariah Fenton Gladis, an internationally known Gestalt Therapist, who suffered for over 40 years with Lou Gehrig's Disease. Mariah practiced until her death in summer 2018. This audiobooklet re-enacts a question and answer session she recorded at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA on July 17, 2005. Some of my recent leading roles in theater include Du in Keely and Du (show opening March 2020 at Allen's Lane Theater, Philadelphia), Aida in Joe DiPietro's, Over the River and Through the Woods, Ruth Steiner In Donald Margulies' Collected Stories, Carrie Watts in Trip to Bountiful, Edna in Jim Gogan's Light Sensitive, Mother Miriam Ruth in John Pielmeier's Agnes of God, and Sunny in Blank and Jensen's The Exonerated...to name only a few.
